1. Easy Sugar Cookies

Ingredients;

  • 2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 ½ cups white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup softened butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method;

  • Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). In another small bowl, stir all the dry ingredients together and set it aside.
  • Take a large bowl, mix the butter and sugar until smooth. Then add in the egg and vanilla and mix it again. Slowly blend in the dry ingredients. Then roll rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into balls and place it onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake for around 8-10 minutes in the preheated oven or until it is golden. After taking it out, wait for two minutes before taking it off the cookie sheets and cooling it for another 5-10 minutes.

  1. Easy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients;

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup softened butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup semi-sweetened chocolate chips

 

Method;

  • Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • First, sift the flour and brown sugar into a bowl. Beat in the egg and butter and mix them both until the dough becomes creamy.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips and then roll rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into balls and place it onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake for around 10-15 minutes in the preheated oven, until slightly brown. After taking it out, wait for two minutes before taking it off the cookie sheets and cooling it for another 5-10 minutes.

 

  1. Cake Mix Cookies

Ingredients;

  • 1 package yellow cake mix
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Method;

Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a bowl, stir together the dry ingredients. Add the eggs and the oil, then mix until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Roll rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into balls and place it onto an ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake for around 10-15 minutes in the preheated oven, until slightly brown. Bake more for crispy cookies and bake less for chewy cookies. After taking it out, wait for two minutes before taking it off the cookie sheets and cooling it for another 5-10 minutes.

 

  1. Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients;

  • 2 cups of peanut butter
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1 ½ cups chopped pecans (optional)

Method;

  • Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C. Grease the cookie sheet.
  • In a bowl, combine peanut butter, eggs, and sugar until the blend is smooth. Mix in the chocolate chips and pecan nuts if desired. Roll rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into balls and place it onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake for around 10-12 minutes in the preheated oven, until slightly brown. Bake more for crispy cookies and bake less for chewy cookies. After taking it out, wait for two minutes before taking it off the cookie sheets and cooling it for another 5-10 minutes.

  • 1 package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3/8 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs

Method;

  • Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C. Grease the cookie sheet.
  • In a bowl, combine the brownie mix and the instant chocolate pudding mix. Add in the eggs and the oil and blend until smooth. Roll rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into balls and place the cookies 2 inches apart onto the cookie sheet
  • Bake for around 6-10 minutes in the preheated oven, until firm. Bake more for crispy cookies and bake less for chewy cookies. After taking it out, wait for two minutes before taking it off the cookie sheets and cooling it for another 5-10 minutes.
